Viewing Customer Transactions
Accessing Transaction Data
To view customer transactions on Vixo Link, log in and select the relevant customer from the vertical list on the left side of the screen. Each customer entry includes a name and brief details to help you identify the correct customer.
Once you have selected the customer, navigate to the Transaction tab at the top of the main section. This tab provides a graphical overview of the customer's bank accounts and their transactions.
The main section of the screen will display two boxes representing different bank accounts, showing each account type and balance. Below these boxes, you will find a search bar and a Refresh button to the right of the search bar. This allows you to search for specific transactions or refresh the transaction data to ensure it is up-to-date.
Below the search bar, a transaction graph displays transaction amounts over time.
Below the graph is a detailed list of the transactions. Each transaction entry includes information such as account, date, description, and amount.
In the date range section at the bottom right of the screen, you can specify a range to filter transactions by date. This feature helps you focus on transactions that occurred within a specific period.
By using these search and filter options, you can easily find and review specific transactions within the customer's bank accounts. The graphical and list views provide a comprehensive look at the customer's financial activities.

Analyzing Transaction History
To analyze the transaction history in Vixo Link, you need to navigate to the Transaction Overview screen. This screen displays a graphical representation of the customer's transactions and accounts.
The transaction graph shows transaction amounts over time, providing a visual summary of the transactions. This graph helps you identify trends and patterns, such as spikes or dips in spending. You can use the search bar below the graph to find specific transactions quickly.
Below the transaction graph, you will find a detailed list of transactions. This list includes important information such as the account, date, description, and amount of each transaction. You can scroll through this list to examine individual transactions in detail.
It's important to select the appropriate date range when analyzing transactions. The date range selection, located at the bottom right of the screen, allows you to focus on a specific period. Viewing Customer Income
Accessing Income Data
To navigate to the income data in Vixo Link, log in and select a customer from the list on the left sidebar. This will display the customer's detailed information in the main section.
Once you have selected a customer, click the Income tab at the top of the main section. This tab shows a graphical representation of the customer's bank accounts and their income. Here, you can analyze the distribution and details of the income sources.
The main section of the Income tab includes two boxes showing account types and balances. Below these boxes, there is a search bar which allows you to search for specific entries. On the right side of the search bar, there is a Refresh button.
A date range is displayed at the bottom right of the screen. Below the search bar, a pie chart shows the distribution of income sources. A legend to the right of the pie chart lists the income sources and their corresponding percentages.

Analyzing Income Sources

Accessing Expense Data
To navigate to the expense data in Vixo Link, first log in and select the relevant customer from the vertical list on the left side of the screen. This list displays customer names and brief details to help you identify the correct customer.
Once you've selected a customer, you will see various tabs at the top of the main section, including Account, Transaction, Income, Expense, Balance, Statement, and Payment. Click on the Expense tab to view the expense data.
The Expense tab provides a graphical representation of the customer's bank accounts and their expenses. Two boxes at the top show different bank accounts, including the account type and balance. This helps you understand which account the expenses are coming from.
Below these boxes, you'll find a search bar that allows you to search for specific transactions. To the right of the search bar is a Refresh button, which you can use to update the data displayed on the screen.
A date range is displayed at the bottom right of the screen. You can adjust this range to view expenses over a specific period.

To the right of the pie chart, there is a legend that lists all the expense categories along with their corresponding percentages. Use this legend to understand the breakdown of expenses in detail. For example, if you see a large slice labeled 'Rent,' it indicates that a significant portion of the expenses are allocated to rent.
