Permissions Selection
To select appropriate permissions for a new user in Vixo Link, follow these steps to ensure security and functionality.
After you enter the new user's details such as name, email address, and role, you will need to choose the permissions you want to assign. Permissions control what actions a user can perform in Vixo Link. Choosing the right permissions helps protect sensitive information and determines the user's level of access to various features.
Vixo Link offers various permission levels that you can customize based on your organization’s needs. Permissions may include access to financial data, transaction history, account balances, and more. You can typically select from options such as read-only, read/write, and administrative access.
When selecting permissions, consider the user's role and responsibilities within the organization. For instance, an employee in charge of submitting transactions might need different access compared to someone responsible for analyzing financial reports. Make sure to only grant permissions that are necessary for the user to perform their duties efficiently.

Admin: Admins have full control over the system. They can add and remove users, change settings, and access all data within the platform.
Finance: Users with finance permissions can access financial data, generate reports, and perform transactions. They are usually assigned roles like accountants and financial analysts.
Customer Support: This permission allows users to interact with customer-related information and assist customers with their queries. This role is typically assigned to support agents and service representatives.
