Fetch Bank Transactions
Overview
Fetch bank transactions using Vixo Link to gain real-time access to your financial data. This step integrates important financial information directly into your system, streamlining operations and enhancing decision-making.
Banking Tab Navigation
To fetch bank transactions in Vixo Link, navigate to the Banking tab. Here, you'll find several sub-tabs that offer different functionalities related to your financial data. Select the statements tab.
On the main screen, you'll see a list of linked bank accounts. Each account will be represented by a colored card, displaying the account type and the balance. You can select one or more accounts by clicking the checkboxes next to them.
Below the bank accounts, there is a dropdown menu labeled Select an option. You can use this to choose specific options related to the selected accounts. To fetch transactions or statements, click the blue Fetch button on the right side of the screen.
Account: Displays the overall status and details of your linked bank accounts. Transaction: Shows individual transactions, helping you to review your financial activities. Income: Provides a summary of your income over specified periods. Expense: Lists your expenditure, allowing you to track your spending. Balance: Displays your account balances. Statement: Allows you to fetch and view full bank statements. Payment: Manages your payment activities.
Understand the Sub-Tabs
The Banking tab has sub-tabs for Account, Transaction, Income, Expense, Balance, Statement, and Payment. Each sub-tab lets you manage and view specific financial information. You can also select bank accounts using checkboxes for customized data fetching.
Fetch Bank Transactions
Log into Vixo Link using your credentials
Select the relevant customer name from the left sidebar menu
Go to the Banking tab in the main screen
Select the bank account you want to fetch transactions from by checking the box next to it
Choose the desired time duration from the dropdown menu
Click the blue Fetch button

If the fetch fails, ensure your internet connection is stable. Try again later or contact support for assistance.
To select multiple accounts, use the checkboxes next to each account. You can select as many accounts as you need before fetching the transactions.
Yes, you can fetch older transactions by selecting the appropriate time duration in the Select Duration and Bank modal.
You can view fetched data in the Banking tab under the Statements sub-tab. Selected statements will be displayed in the PDF viewer.
