Learn how customers you add to Vixo Link will interact with the shared portal in order to link their bank accounts and upload statements and documents,
Customer Portal Interaction
Link Bank Account
First, your customer will see your logo at the top center of the screen. The portal provides a secure environment for bank account linking by partnering with Finicity, Ocrolus, and Plaid for verification processes. These partnerships enhance the security and reliability of your data.
They will locate and click the blue Continue button centered below the welcome message. If your bank link status is incomplete, a red asterisk note will prompt you to address this before proceeding.
Further down, there are sections for uploading files with two upload areas labeled Upload Statement and Upload Document. You can use the drag-and-drop interface to upload your bank statements and other necessary documents.
The sections Uploaded Statements and Uploaded Documents will display the files you have uploaded, along with their date, name, error status, and available actions.
Upload Statements and Documents
To upload bank statements and documents in Vixo Link's customer portal, navigate to the Upload Statement and Upload Document sections. These sections provide a drag-and-drop interface for a seamless upload experience.
Accepted file types include PDFs, JPEGs, and PNGs. You can either drag your files into the designated areas or click within the areas to browse and select files from your device.
Once files are uploaded, they appear under the Uploaded Statements and Uploaded Documents sections. Here, you can view details such as the upload date, file name, error status, and actions you can take.

You can upload various file types, such as PDFs, JPEGs, and PNGs, for bank statements and documents.
To resolve upload errors, check that the file type is supported and the file size is within the allowed limits. If the issue persists, try uploading the file again or contact support.
Your bank link is incomplete if you have not finished the linking process. You can continue by clicking the Continue button on the Link Your Bank Account page.
To delete uploaded files, go to the Uploaded Statements or Uploaded Documents section, find the file you want to delete, and select the delete action.
